The Welsh Quilt pattern has instructions for hand piecing and a full sized template sheet. The design was inspired by an old Welsh quilt top owned by a friend of the designer, Sandra Boyle. This quilt uses a wide range of fabric prints, with fat eighth cuts ideal for these lovely blocks.
